Pros

When you're green and new to the role, its great as you are exposed to many different technologies due to the various number of clients. Some of the workers there are pleasant to socialise with.

Cons

When you start the role its great to take on new information, however, as the company is small, there is no incentive or push from the company to work towards anything as the roles above are already occupied. You're a robot, being watched by CCTV, and if you are WFH, they want you to be on camera at all times. Poor compensation for all the stress you go through. Was forced to attend monthly tech presentations (had to also contribute without a choice) after a long day of burnout and stress. They would try compensate with free takeaway but really and truly after a long hard day of stress I would like to go home and not kept caged in. The office feels like a cage, bars are on the windows. I'm sure if I spent more time on this I can come up with more but I will leave it as it is for now. Hopefully they don't remove this review.

Thank you for your feedback. The CCTV is in place for security, and the on-screen policy helps ensure remote and in-office teams can collaborate effectively. We recognise the importance of work-life balance, and the monthly tech presentations are a key part of keeping the team updated on industry developments. Our office is located in a protected building with ample space and relaxation areas, and we want to clarify that there are no bars on the windows. We also offer opportunities for progression, and we have a history of creating roles and advancing team members based on performance. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. The CCTV is in place for security, and the on-screen policy is designed to facilitate collaboration between remote and in-office teams. We have standard processes in place for tracking time and breaks to ensure smooth operations, but we do aim to create a positive and supportive work environment. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
