      It is a great place to work and has a great learning curve. Not only in the technical terms but also in the leadership and work life balance

      A solid work experience after a few years

      Pros

      My manager does seem to have a framework to help me develop in my role. I have opportunities to present ideas, and dedicate some time to POC work. Remote work has been consistent, apparently it has been the norm since pre-pandemic. The culture encourages collaboration and recognition which makes it a comfortable experience to work as a team even beyond my immediate unit.

      Cons

      Many employees have been affected by layoffs in the past few years, often with little warning as has been a trend in industry. It has had a negative effect on company culture, and personally makes me uneasy about future job security.
