Project had a lot of potential, but leadership is destroying it. Stay well away from this company!
Pros
- Cool project with big names involved. - Hard working and talented employees.
Cons
- Offer very low salary compared to other companies. - Leadership is giving too much control and decision making to one person which is causing employees to leave. - Some employees have instantly lost their jobs without any explanation during their vacation. - Employee morale is currently as low as it gets. - They've just lost some of their best talent. - Lying to investors when the game will be finished and ultimately rushing development. - Leadership is threatening employees to stay within the company. - Leadership is taking advantage of Ukrainian employees. - Leadership is watching their employee's personal/private chats. - Leadership is watching their employee's LinkedIn pages and calling them to make them stay if they set their status to 'OpenToWork'. - A lot of employees are currently getting promoted to keep them at the company to squash a mass exodus after recent events. - Currently saying they'll fix all issues to make the company good again, however the true problem is the guys at the very top. They're not going anywhere, no matter how much free food, promotions, parties, and whatever else you do to try and sweep things under the rug.
