Pros

- Making a huge impact on the lives of patients. Heading delivers best in class treatments affordably for patients. Knowing that every effort I've made contributes to saving and improving lives is incredibly rewarding - Flexible working and Opportunities to travel to Texas - Compensation: Good salary, share options and bonus offered - Exciting work environment with high flexibility for career growth. Heading is growing quickly and that provides a lot of opportunities for learning new skills and taking on more responsibility - Great team who are highly motivated to provide the best care and best service possible to Heading patients

Cons

The company is growing quickly with new clinics opening. This creates bottlenecks and requires changes in the organization, new systems and new ways of working. All of this change is exciting but can be tough to deal with. Changes can't be rolled out perfectly, so it falls on employees to help test and experiment to find the best way forward, but this is also typical of fast growing companies.

Don’t work here

Pros

The employees and providers care about the patients and each other. The front line managers also care but there are almost none left so you have no support. There are no other pros.

Cons

This company uses layoffs as a way to fire employees. Then, they don’t tell anyone or wait for people to find out. The CEO and leadership expect people to work nights, weekends, overtime, double time, holidays and promises big bonuses that never come. If we say no they just keep asking. This is the most toxic place ever where leaders say they care about mental health but not if it’s an employee. There are also times where employees just don’t get paid, it’s happened more than once. The CEO can barely form a logical sentence in meetings and tries to sound sincere like he cares but we all just know he’s a con man-child who has no idea what he’s doing. I think he likes to hear himself talk. Save yourself and don’t work here!

Pros

Ability to work remotely with personalized schedule

Cons

Inaccurate/falsified job description. This IS a COLD-CALL position. Remote equipment is outdated and not complete for the job. Lack of proper job training. Bonuses NEVER happened as were guaranteed per signed employment agreement. CEO has ZERO Medical knowledge and harasses employees consistently, through their own personal devices. Employees went several weeks without even getting paid. Benefits are extremely expensive. CEO wants employees to call clients/patients late at night. Company is very "white" and lacks racial diversity. Unethical use of Ketamine, and insurance fraud occuring throughout company.
