Where to begin - the role was sold to me as a dream opportunity, but my time there was short-lived. During that period, I saw three colleagues dismissed, and there was immediate pressure to bill without any ramp-up time. The company had little to no established presence in the sector they expected me to operate in. Shortly after my departure, both my manager and the director were also let go. Unfortunately, it all felt quite disorganised.
