Upper Management are very cooperating and they help you alot if you're new there are supportive Managers and supervisor.

Cons

Few of your colleagues who grew old working there they think they own the company neither they progress nor they let you work peacefully always busy in leg pulling, back biting rude behaviour but you can ignore them as your management and other young colleagues are nice those old uncles soon will retire from the company or depart.

Hours are insane after a while, pick a shift you’re comfortable with, you have to work one weekend every 3 weeks. Can be drama
