Pros
Great culture - motivated people who know their subject matter, work hard, but don't create a toxic "presenteeism" or anything like that Some quite interesting work in interesting spaces in/around social care, with good opportunities to be creative
Cons
Pay isn't great considering wages at competitors, particularly if London based - Sometimes a bit short-termist: projects bid for and won which have been underbid so under-resourced but business can be slow to recognise it has under-resourced a team. though that has improved in the time I've been here.
