Positive, supportive, and upbeat culture. People genuinely listen to each other, are kind, and enjoy each others company and ideas. Tight knit community, great fluidity between titles, functions, tenures.

Some poor strategic decisions were made in the past which brought the company to where it is now- but live and learn, and this is part of the industry.

Pros
Interesting projects and programs. Joyful working environment and great benefits, but not no more.
Cons
There was a great attempt to move the company forward, but the immature upper management that had too much ego and greed couldn't make it happen. There was favoritism replacing the science. The remaining people are people who made the bad decisions for the Phase III trial.

Cons
The company was recently gutted by a deep 220-person layoff. The amazing talent pool is now gone. Greed, reckless speed and stupid choices by senior executives killed the company.
