CEO is an innovator, but is a very weak leader. He hires and fires people on a whim. Imagine coming to work everyday and wondering if you are next. If you cannot find employment elsewhere, this would be a short term solution, but keep looking.

Zero leadership, all ego. Do a good job and you’ll fly under the radar, do a great job and you’ll never hear an ounce of praise. I regret not listening to the unfavorable reviews here because they are all true. If you want to survive here (but trust me, you’ll still be miserable), prepare to kiss a lot of you know what. Don’t expect any guidance or feedback ever. Would have liked the company and other employees, but the CEO strips this company of its potential. I would guess 75% or more of the employee here have very low job satisfaction based on interactions I had during my time there.
