      Pros

      Innervate has rebranded and since this has been making many positive changes to the business. Family is now at the forefront of it's agenda and looking after it's employees. Having recently completed a MBO the future is looking very good.

      Cons

      Need to invest in current employees training needs such as Microsoft bootcamps. It is good to have the skills from experience but better to have the official trainning and certifications as well to feel valued.
