No work life balance Worst HR 3 Months notice period (non negotiable) No Time management

There are too many cons. 1. An employee served to company for more than 5 years and after that if he found the good opportunity and serving the notice period then Behavior of HR and Seniors get change 2. Very worst management 3. Changes the HR policies according to their comfort 4. If serving notice period employee does not having any dependency still they are not releasing the employee or not even permitting for taking leave 5. If an employee asking for the leaves few things are there to be notice : 5.1 My personal experience, I asked for the marriage leaves of 10 days so HR said to me that it will be Leaves without pay and my notice period will be also extended to number of leaves * 2 5.2 In the notice period asked for the Pay slip so HR provided me that after the 5 days 5.3 In notice period HR behaves very rude to the employees.... every employee wants the Respectful Exit 6. Partiality with employee

- People at management level are very bossy - Working hours are hectic - Culture is not porper

No time management , No HR policy,

No proper work culture and management

no management, they lie a lot, seniors are mafia

Very very bad management, No It culture Managers behave like you are saleves not employees Manager took your voice as a ego Very very bed time management Innoeye dont care that you are a human If you will work for 2 days entire even manager will not happy with you You will be always in pressure of work Very very bad behave if you ask for leave You will have to say. Like. Sir you are my god and you are the father and mother Manager says we want slaves No manners as IT company There will be so much partiality for increament.
