Ample Growth and Learning opportunities, always working on the latest technologies. If you perform well show good leadership skills, you can easily get team lead or module lead roles even with less experience. If you are highly dedicated and motivated, you get good monetary compensations as well. And it is situated in Indore, which is a fairly economic and convenient place to live with ample onsite (mostly Japan) opportunities as well. So you get a good location, good compensation along with a good role and position.
Cons
Over confident and arrogant management. There are hardly any experienced people in the key management positions. Barring the 3 directors, the highest experience of the top management is only 10~11 years. And this lack of experience shows in there management skills, processes and policies. Work culture is one of the worst in terms of work-life balance. You will have to compete and work with people for whom this company is there life, and this will be expected out of you as well.
