Provides good exposure to new technologies and plenty to learn for freshers
Cons
No work life balance Very low pay The work hours are not followed and most days you end up working for 11-12 hrs . You might even have to work on weekends Very rude and strict seniors and leads. After a point ,you stop enjoying what you were hired for , due to work pressure
