1. Pay not up to industry standards, you need to really put up a fight if you want to be there. 2. Inconsistent appraisal cycles 3. Lack of communication between management and employees. Everyone is working in a silo. Pretty much like an umbrella company. 4. Focus on employee career building and future is minimal, no employee training budget. You need to struggle to get even relevant certifications reimbursed.
