Pros

4 day work week - although you are expected to monitor emails on your off day

Cons

It’s the CEO Jay’s way or the highway. Selling things that don’t exist and promising progression when it never comes (this happened with at least 4 people whilst I was there). I grew one of the largest accounts and got no recognition. This places changes people to become bitter, bossy and selfish. The client services team is the worst! People leave constantly and get fired or pushed out!

Pros

- Mostly genuine and wonderful people / teams. - Flexible working week. - Great socials and trips.

Cons

- Some toxic and two faced people - Developing a bad culture of pushing people out for not having the same views or blindly following. (As soon as it was clear that I would stand up for myself I was micro-managed, pushed and scrutinised until I left) - A lot of issues are swept under the rug in favour of corporate image - Favouritism (people getting more recognition and less criticism than others with boot-licking / teachers pets being rewarded with recognition and being part of the click.) - A few processes are still underdeveloped
