      Working with like minded people.

      Cons

      Low pay. Managers expect you to do the roles of a salaried job. Never any stock to sell. Horrible retail job. Contract is full to the brim with silly policies and clauses that trap you.

      unrealistic KPI targets pressured, male dominated environment long quiet days sometimes resulting in no sales then a telling off from management

      Relaxed atmosphere in Belfast, most customers were regular and knew staff by name, store management top notch

      Cons

      lack of stock, Head Office ghosting enquiries, lack of communication except coming from HO when something was complained about. HO failing to keep staff in loop about their jobs, HO refusing to discuss staff member being made redundant because he didn't qualify for redundancy package & legally they didn't have to (spoke to those who qualified).
