I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at K3. It’s also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. And, it really is inspiring to be exposed to the creative and innovative our solutions and applications our employees create. The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example.

Some great initiatives and positive changes taking place across the group. Investment in employees in the last 12 months has been immense, everything from improved business tools, training opportunities, new offices and flexible hybrid working. Working globally makes K3 an interesting place to work.

Colleagues are helpful and supportive. There are a lot of training opportunities and the management is not too rigid

Cons

The pay is not great for the work and skills that are necessary to do the job but that is standard across the the Sage BP community I hear. Management can seem a little distant and disconnected. The business appears to be heading in a strategic direction towards developing and exploiting its own IP which makes sense.
