A lot of freedom, working from home, kind people

Cons

It is clear it has been a knowledge drain from previous re-organisations which cause difficulties for those who are left and coming in new. Not a lot of clarity on what's expected from different departments and roles and very confusing overall. Change is needed on so many areas.

For the branch I worked in I worked with a very passionate team of people who have worked in the company for a long time. If you were based in the Netherlands you also had access to twice yearly events which were good fun.

Cons

They have a very white, male dominated leadership team and work force that was reluctant to adapt although adaptability was improving when I left.
