      Pros

      Since joining Kody, it’s been a mix of excitement and challenge. The company is growing quickly, and the leadership team is driven and clear about their goals. You’ll get opportunities to take ownership and push yourself.

      Cons

      It’s definitely fast-paced—self-motivation is key, and the workload can be intense. But if you like a place where you’re constantly learning and contributing to real growth, Kody delivers. Great for those who want to stretch their skills without the corporate fluff.

      Pros

      Being fully remote is a big plus for me. The team is great - everyone is quick to jump in and help you get things sorted quickly. I feel like I’m actually respected to make decisions without having to get everything signed off. People are ready to change and move quickly. I’ve had lots of opportunities to grow and I’m always proud to look back and see how far I have come.

      Cons

      It can be hard work and things can get pretty busy juggling different projects. I don’t live close to the people I work with so we don’t get to socialise outside of work.
