Pros

From home but you are not payed for all the hours you work

Cons

I was supposed to work 30 hours a week, but my hours were cut without notice every week. You find out you're not working by logging into the platform, and it won't let you in. I ended up working 8-16 hours a week. They also have a lot of penalties, so you'll never get paid the full amount you're working. But if a call extends after your shift, you have to stay and finish it without pay.
