Pros

An exercise in resilience. If you want to develop a thicker skin without enlisting in the foreign legion, this might be for you. If you ever wanted to see how far you can be pushed before you crack, give this place a try. An absolute masochists' dream job. the constant depreciation and abuse will be beyond your wildest fantasy.

Cons

The worst possible attempt at delivering a service I have ever been a part of. Any attempt at providing an efficiency at any level will be immediately shut down. This shut down will likely happen in front of other people by the Managing Director in an attempt to satisfy his own insecurities and complexes. The Managing Director is heavily involved in many morally and ethically questionable activities that have no part in a social or business context. Hands down the worst "leader" I have ever encountered. He has no respect from his staff either personally or professionally. Management actively implement quality and process improvements while implicitly instructing staff not to let the MD know for fear of him flying into a rage and ripping them apart because they weren't his idea. Nobody is allowed a good idea, and if they do have one it will be shut down and "re-branded" as an innovation by the MD a few weeks or months later. He will then publicly pat himself on his back in one of his ridiculous all staff speech's about his genius idea.

Pros

None At All - Head down to the Con section.

Cons

- No work from home because of sensitive information (Biggest load of BS) - Target of 30 deals per month is ridiculous - This was also confirmed by new starters who had years of experience in the game, they said it was unrealistic and unachievable! Heard this from multiple people who had more experience than me, both within leasePlus and those who left leasePlus. - I’d be in the elevator and workers from businesses around the area would look at my lanyard and say “If you’re new there, I’d leave now and find a new job” - This spoke volumes. - I also came to find out many names who had come and gone in a matter of weeks, many who never turned up to Day 1 at the job - let that sink in! - No induction. - Team members constantly being unprofessional with constant racial jokes towards each other, no team spirit. - You also need to work 11:30 till 8pm for a whole week, in the office maybe once a month or once in 2 months.

Pros

Not so much a pro - but the toxicity of the environment in the office forces you to make close connections with your colleagues just to get by and keep some mental stability.

Cons

I was privy to many high level conversations among the executive team at my time here and the strongest con was the level of sexism I witnessed. Many conversations took place about the women in the business and these conversations were straight out of 1952. There were also daily inappropriate conversations from the execs about work ethic, sickness, competitors, clients, etc. Upon exit from most staff, the execs will blame any issues that are then experienced on the staff that departed. “We’ve had some bad employees and toxic people leave the business and they were the cause of our grievances” was a daily conversation. I witnessed staff being yelled at frequently by the CEO. I witnessed staff being fired for expressing the smallest of opinion.
