      Pros

      Great work life balance, low stress, supportive staff. Small hospital so ability to cross train to different procedural areas if interested

      Cons

      No real cons here. Recent expansion to unit so staff can be spread thin at times, but charge RN is cognizant of this and lot of ancillary staff are available to cover when needed.

      Legacy Health System is as good as any other health system in the Portland metro area. Unfortunately, Portland has become a garbage magnet attracting mentally ill drug addicts from across the country.

      Cons

      Legacy Health is located in the giant trash heap called Poor-tland.
