I have been working at Leyton full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Really great culture where hard work is rewarded and success is really pushed. Fantastic development culture and real investments into graduates and building them up as professionals. Really good incentives and clear objective to work too.

    Cons

Nothing but not great if you don't want to work hard or have ambitions for a strong career, this isn't the kind of place for people that want an easy job.

    Advice to Management

Keep on building people up and looking forward!

I have been working at Leyton full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The first thing you notice is the buzz of the place. It's an energetic environment to work in with a very supportive structure in place. There are always fun incentives on offer as individuals and teams. Some of the 'prizes' have included swingers golf, go-karting, bouldering etc. It is a place where you are expected to work hard but the rewards both in development and money is exceptional. The training... opportunities are also great - some of the best training I've actually been given both from internal and external trainers. Also, you get to work some very interesting companies from small SME's to big corporates. Actually 'selling' something that can really benefit the clients you're working with is also rewarding. The relationships you form with these companies will stand you in good stead going forward in your career. Managers are really approachable and all have different skill sets to tap into.

    Cons

You do have to be good at your job - sounds ridiculous but you can't just bumble along here. Not really a con unless you're a bit lazy (or just aren't very good at sales).

I have been working at Leyton full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The banter between the team is usually good

    Cons

The Glasgow offices is going into a complete downward spiral mainly due to bad management who feed nonsense to the top managers. Loads off people have quit in the last few months including some big names in the company. At first this was just sales but now some consultants have also started to leave. These people who left will be hard to replace no matter how much the managers lie.lot of these Neweer starts... replacement will take time to get up to speed.

    Pros

Fast growing company meaning opportunities for progression are clear and in abundance if you put the work in. Manny office culture is popping off, full of like minded people with plenty of incentives to reward performance. If you are willing to graft the earning potential is second to none!!!

    Cons

Work life balance, however you pay is directly related to the effort you put in so its a fair trade off if you want money

    Advice to Management

    Cmon the boys!

I worked at Leyton full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great company to work for, endless opportunities to progress. Rapidly growing company, exciting to work for. Opportunity to work in different countries if you do extremely well for the company. Autonomy to drive your own career within the company, not many companies give you free reign to do this. Great commission structure, lots of money to be made if you put in the work. Meritocracy culture, if you're doing... well that's on you if you don't do well that's also on you. Company looks after it's staff well, top 6 performers every 6 months go on a city break all expenses paid, lots of other perks and rewards for people who do well for the company. Endless training and learning opportunities.

    Cons

Sometimes there can be a lull in team performance which can have a knock on effect on team morale which can lead to staff discontentment at times. High attrition rate of sales staff but this more due to the fact that a lot of people find the job role difficult and quit, in fairness to the company they have taken steps to address this to remedy this. At times it can feel like there are certain cliques within the... office, as with any office based sale roles office politics very much exists so sometimes it gives off an US vs THEM vibe in the office.

    Advice to Management

Improve recruitment policy to ensure the right people are hired for the job. This will help improve staff retention and provide continuity for sales staff and middle management.
