Pros

Decent pay Breaks between calls International company Working from home / flexibility Generally okay work/life balance for CCRs Good coworkers

Cons

No appreciation from management Clear hierarchy Poor internal communication Lack of autonomy in work (you read a script and fill in drop downs) Managers will not back up decisions (e.g. if a client is clinically unsuitable but complains, they will always give in and provide counselling) Very high staff turnover. Understaffed consistently because of aforementioned turnover Outdated systems (SY) Offices are in poor locations (e.g. Braehead or Carickmines) Very Canadian centric model If a client berates you or complains, managers will not back you up. Decisions are only ever made for company’s financial gain, but you’ll be treated like you work for a non for profit and won't feel any bonus from the business getting more customers.

Interesting / diverse work load Colleagues very friendly and eager to progress together Team leads / supervisors very willing to help and provide guidance Office space very comfortable

Cons

Other teams and/or higher ups may not fully grasp the scope of your workload and effort, thinking very difficult lengthy tasks can take a couple of hours - Lack of understanding between teams
