      Great team / culture with socials, flexible working (1 day a week in office), get to work with a wide range of clients / partners, good career growth opportunities, exposure to other markets, fast moving, good renumeration

      Pros

      - Get to work with lots of really well known D2C brands as well as the biggest publishers on the world! - Great flexibility with hybrid working - Really friendly colleagues with monthly team days out (Pingpong, crazy golf, Darts etc!) - Lots of scope to learn how different parts of the business work with tons of different teams and markets working together on a daily basis.

      - Nothing jumps out as a con!
