  10. "Things changed once public"

    3.0
Former Employee - Trust & Safety Specialist in Nashville, TN

    I worked at Lyft full-time

    Pros

It was an innovative company to work for prior to the company going public. Also, DOGS!

    Cons

Once the company went public, there was a drastic change in the way we were treated and it was very unfortunate to become "just a number" at a company so many of us fought so hard to grow sustainably.
