      Hybrid work Central London office Some of the people are nice

      Cons

      Outdated tech Toxic leadership Severe disconnect between leadership and employees, leading to good performance reviews and being fired right after Massive staff turnover Hard to actually get work done with timesheets, needing approval from multiple people for small changes, code reviews bottlenecked at a few specific people Low pay and bonus for the industry

      They have the occasional event which can be fun

      Terrible management that is completely out of touch with the people that work there The employee retention rate is abysmal they fire people all the time ask anyone who has worked there

      Great place to learn to get a base in an ever changing industry while being involved in a very welcoming environment day to day. Rewarding pay structure against its peers.

      Lack of technology as a main liquidity provider, balance not right.
