      Pros

      Well known name in recruitment so will open doors chance to bill and make commission

      Cons

      Some behaviours of employees are overlooked due to them making the company a lot of money, do not have as much of a diverse culture as lead to believe, not everyone is on a level playing field when it comes to salary

      Pros

      Strong team ethos and good working conditions.

      Cons

      Very KPI focused. All about number, both in terms of sales calls and figures on the board. Some of the Senior Management have very poor people skills. Culture and company values aren't really a true reflection of the business as a whole.
