I have been working at McColl's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Coworkers are lovely, plus there's an employee discount, and there's plenty of training provided

    Cons

Working for min. wage during a pandemic while working with people kind of sucks.

I worked at McColl's full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Lots of progression available. Current regional manager has lots of experience and you can tell he's annoyed with how the company is ran. Same with area manager.

    Cons

Get told to improve your sales improve them and then they decide to sell your store even if you manage to be 50+ % above profit budget. Once store is sold staff are left to get the store closed down. TUPE interviews done over phone due to covid19 waste of time.
