Pros

Vacation time is good if they let you take it. There is always a reason why you cant have the time off

Cons

The pay is below average. I know because I have researched through Glassdoor and my salary was not even close to the average for the area. Micromanaging is at a all time high. Their is lack of communication from management to their staff. You are overworked and under appreciated. The stress level is off the roof. Never acknowledged for the good you do...only what was not done. We were told management has open door policy...but their door is closed or they are not in their office (attending meetings) The morale is low...I would not recommend working for this place Overall rating and would choose Zero but that was not an option..so I had to choose 1 star

Pros

Was a really great place to work until they laid off half their employees

Cons

People who worked there for 8 years got laid off with no warning or thanks. It's all about $$ to the VPs

Years of Loyalty, Ended with a Cold Goodbye

Pros

Talented colleagues who genuinely care about their work, Opportunities to grow—if you’re in the right department, Some good moments during earlier years when values felt real.

Cons

Company-wide layoffs were handled with an alarming lack of empathy or communication. Long-term employees were let go with no recognition or appreciation—just a sterile notice and a quick exit. Leadership decisions feel increasingly disconnected from employee realities. Culture has shifted from people-focused to numbers-driven, regardless of human cost. Transparency is preached but rarely practiced.
