I have worked for Medserv since 2016 and will see myself to continue to remain as part of the company for many years to come. Things I enjoy about working at the company: * Diverse and interesting Workloads * Ability to develop your career and prospects. * Further training and development support. * Good quality 1-2-1 meetings regularly with my managers, and receiving positive and constructive feedback to aid improvement. * Excellent support and reassurance - I went through a bereavement back in 2021 and was fully supported and aided during my leave by my team/management during an emotional time. * Welcoming team and environment and feeling like an important part of this. I’ve been on two separate maternity leaves during my time and always felt like an integral part of the team/welcomed back upon my returns. * Regular team building activities and gatherings. * Access to Private Insurance Subsidised by the company.
