I have been working at Merck KGaA full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

High base salary & bonus, with the latter uncapped. Brilliant pension with high company contribution. Excellent range and quality of products to sell, management give you a lot of autonomy and trust, supportive and friendly team members, the company invests in top reporting / CRM / Digital tools, cool marketing material.

    Cons

You very much have to drive your own development and there can be a lot of reporting sometimes.

I have been working at Merck KGaA full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Innovative product, great development, great managers.

    Cons

Large company. Unless you push your development, no one will do it for you. Not really a con, but being a large organization makes it both easy and difficult to progress.
