      It's a bit different than it sounds

      Pros

      They offer a strong incentive for advancement and have some great people on their staff.

      Cons

      It's essentially a pyramid scheme. After your interview, they tell you it's actually a door-to-door salesman job with ridiculous hours.

      Pros

      Nice, high energy, and optimistic people.

      Cons

      I felt like they were trying too take up too much of my out of office time, and I felt like I was misleading the people I was trying to book for interviews. They purposefully deceive people to get them into the interviews.

      Pros

      Do your research. They aren't out there much. They aren't the consultant group, they hire you to sell door to door on commission.

      Cons

      Everything. It's all fake.
