Pros

There is nothing here that would be useful to anyone

Cons

I can't even begin to describe what a crazy place this is. There is no leadership, no organization, no purpose. We are understaffed and we are forcing ourselves to sell a product that no one wants to buy. I mean no one at all. How are they doing in business? From above it is twisted and strange. The CEO is completely absent most of the time. The CFO looks like he's playing financial games.

Pros

Essentially no stakes, which makes for a very casual environment. It makes no difference whether you put any effort in or not, the outcome will be exactly the same, so just relax and collect the occasional (precisely median valued) paycheck. If you like a rigidly structured work environment put together by someone who apparently took their Agile and Scrum books very literally, rejoice because this is the place.

Cons

Payroll is frequently not on time. Paid late well over a dozen times through 2020 and 2021, the new funding was supposed to fix it but late pay is back again in 2023. The public face of the company promises making a change in patient care and patients' lives. In reality, no product here is used by more than a couple dozen people.

A rudderless sinking ship

Pros

Remote work. Company's mission is motivating and work environment is cordial.

Cons

Horrible management, starting with the CEO. No information sharing, imperious, provide no guidance. Also, they regularly don't pay workers on time and don't warn employees ahead of time that paychecks are delayed. They then act as if it's only a minor issue. The most important thing management should be doing is working to ensure employees are paid or at least tell them the situation. Leadership is unclear, responsibilities diffuse and there is no accountability in the C suite.
