      Pros

      - Awesome product and concept - Talented team - Lots of traffic to work with and huge potential from a marketing perspective - Fun location - Compassionate founders

      Cons

      - Conservative, play it safe attitude - Slow moving with lots of unnecessary bureaucracy - Top down culture/hierarchy - 98% focus on product, 2% focus on marketing - Minimal focus/care for the content that is broadcast

      Pros

      A highlight. Talented, interesting and interested people focussed on creating a great product. Humble and genuinely thinking of the user. Rare in the startup world.

      Cons

      Quite engineering-centred, so having some dev knowledge will be a plus for future candidates.

      Pros

      - Founders and team generally interested in your professional development. - Small team with a fairly big user base = a chance to see your work have a real impact.

      Cons

      - Lack of seriousness in some aspects (particularly relating to non-technical issues) E.g- Founder failed to provide a one page reference that was essential for masters application even though I requested this months in advance and sent several emails reminding. - No company culture.
