Leadership team is more that senior and lacks heavily on leadership and management skills; unfair treatment among employers, since it’s a company headquarters in China, lots of Chinese staffs are placed to be managers of more senior overseas staffs; the disconnection between overseas markets and the HQ is huge, overseas market feedback is not taken seriously by upper management, or the managers lack too much of international experience to comprehend the matters; lack of ethical standards in operating the business, employees are not protected in case of workplace harassment.
