      Nice people to work with who are on the same bottom level.

      Cons

      Morale low, horrible management, low pay, no prospect of promotion. Feel like you are being watched 24/7

      - The working Environment at Modality is of a high standard and this keeps everyone as relaxed as they can be on a busy working day. - James, Our CEO, has worked hard to build Modality from the ground up and his influences has helped create a fantastic company. - Opportunities to get involved in a variety of tasks around the business. You can build a strong career here and I have watched people in their early 20's be able to express their technical knowledge and build a career from this. - If you are hardworking you will see your efforts influence the companies performance. - Friendly company and everyone is approachable. - Extremely talented people has always impressed me from our Consultants to our Support Engineers. Its great to be working with people who are passionate about what they are doing (SFB/Lync) but also really give you the confidence that they know exactly what they are talking about. - Employees are at the heart of the company and its great to see how everyone has a huge impact on a day to day basis.

      Cons

      - The relaxed working Environment can be taken advantage of by certain employees unfairly. This does bring a negative impact across the company. - Small company still building its main structure. - Takeover has affected the company and has taken away its unique privately owned approach to the business - Management of younger employees (16-27) should have been better and needs to continue improving
