Pros

Office is very spacious and accessible. The people are a wonderful mix of personalities, backgrounds and experiences. I genuinely learn something new every day and it's a great company to develop your skills and be a part of.

Cons

There could be more long-term structure to the sales team, but I understand this comes with an ever changing environment in FinTech so I can't really hold it against them!

Pros

1. Supportive and collaborative colleagues who are always willing to lend a helping hand. 2. Competitive salary packages compared to industry standards. 3. Good range of benefits available, with the overall value depending on how effectively you utilize them.

Cons

1. Current London office location can be challenging for employees commuting from outer London boroughs or beyond. 2. Four-day in-office requirement may feel demanding while there is some flexibility, a three-day hybrid option would offer a better balance.
