      Good salary, good benefits, some training access

      Cons

      Not very inclusive, especially for women, uses too much legacy code, making the job boring. Needs architects. Working remotely is part of culture now, they need to embrace that and have tools that help with it

      Amazing culture Very knowledgable people Good working hours Flat hirarchy Amazing benefits Gym, Dry cleaning, canteen, hairdresser, FREE GP!! and more in the office you work at! No one shouts or curses at eachother (nothing like the movies)

      Cons

      They don't promote developers unless you go into management. They are actively working on it, but they have been for 2-3 years now. As most firms, they have started focusing hires in non-metro areas
