    Terrible environment

    Pros

Maybe the rare 2 or 3 people that are actually decent. Transport expense paid (but not lunch).

    Cons

Most people are very cold and negative, isolating certain people for no reason, no such thing as a "team environment". As an intern I was not listened to at all. I was given a different task every few hours and was told to forget about the previous task. Couldn't stick it for more than 2 weeks. Very boring at times as there is no "team spirit", and as an intern I was given boring, repetitive and uninteresting tasks. Don't apply here.

Great team and concept. But the dreadful CEO and founder. Truly some of the worst type of people

    Pros

Hmm..... Free coffe sometimes, but buy your own milk and bring your own cup cos there is no hot water to wash them in.

    Cons

Very bad pay No management Couldn't care less about their employees Bad culture - take their money and run tactics. No roadmap, no idea what is going on, and day to day direction changes almost to the point of schizophrenia with no communication about this, just Chinese whispers. Treat people and interns appallingly and exploit where ever there is a chance to. No one feels part of a team Founder walks around bullying people and saying "numbers" all day and making you feel small for his own mistakes. Never get praise, only "you could have got more out of that," I think it is his idea of team management, but really it is just manipulation. Founder storms into deals thinking he knows best, ruins them, and then blames you. No perks or social culture or thanks for the hard work in all the time I worked there.

    Very bad management

    Pros

3d Printing as the industry, the team is awesome and united (reasons to be: bad management, great industry, low salaries) It's a great place for the internship - do it! You'll have a lot of freedom and education from the co-workers, but don't plan to stay working there.

    Cons

low salaries, very bad top management (not respectful, no clear structure, easy firing people with no respect talking crap about "startup nature", not an excuse to disrespect when firing)

    Pros

the more junior people and interns are mostly nice (the ones who survive the crazy place more than 2 weeks, seriously), and the office has some 3d printers you can try out.

    Cons

it is run by the worst two people I have ever met. they are not good at their jobs, they are verbally abusive to staff, and they fire people with no notice and no plan. the strange founder is really the worst, he behaves like a child all of the time, and everyone who survives more than 2 weeks has to learn to just say yes to him for every demand (normally ridiculous ones too). they also seem to use interns to do everything (2 times more interns than full time staff!). they are cheap too (the salaries are not possible for london), and I heard from some of the people that they try to not pay when they fire someone at the end of the month.

    Great team, poor senior management

    Pros

Great team, high level of responsibility.

    Cons

However, top level management have ZERO foresight, they'll use "where at start-up" as an excuse for the lack of communication and management. True you might get lucky and have a decent experience. But from former employees and now myself they don't care about their employees, turning over staff every few months. You preach about employees being your greatest asset now its time to put it into practice. Regretfully, I chose to ignore the Glassdoor reviews when I accepted the job offer. and the positives one are biased by management.
