Pros

There used to be a really great team but many of these good people were treated terribly so they left

Cons

A poor working environment where employee voices are not heard. No structure and a lack of transparency. Multiple times, staff were not paid for days with poor excuses from finance. Pensions were stopped being paid without any notice for many months. Avoid this place!

Pros

Lots of freedom to explore different aspects of the business and industry, people are open to questions and having their brains picked, the work is meaningful and useful for vulnerable people especially, smaller workplace means more chance to interact with people one on one, hierarchy isn't obvious.

Cons

Not a lot of structure, management doesn't always take into consideration workers' interests when it comes to assigning tasks, lack of transparency, ineffective inter-organizational communication, lack of gender pay parity, input from lower level employees not always taken into consideration, work gets boring after a while, salary could be better.
