      Career development opportunities for Engineers Fun, easygoing culture where people's viewpoints are respected Collaborative approach where employees share their expertise Social Events, Pizza Friday, Summer Outing Refer a Friend scheme for referrals Monthly Town Halls between Belfast and Boston There might be an ocean and 5 hours between us, but when you need to contact a colleague in Boston, they are available or will make themselves available.

      It would be good to have more visibility of the Company's strategy and what my contribution to the Organisation is.
