managers care, good equipment, great software

Cons

managment is very disorganized when it comes to training, training took 2 weeks longer because the DOL their contractor was taking longer to pass on their training for their job. literally everday for 2 weeks we would train on how to answer appropietaly .. it got old pretty fast
