Pros
Netdata does all the basics right: they care about employees, offer a career path and learning opportunities, pay on time. The people are nice, there is transparency, flat hierarchies. Working autonomously is appreciated.
Cons
Not an issue and is as expected: you have to wear many hats as expected in small companies.
