Pros

Dress down... and that's about it (and that's everywhere now...).

Cons

The place is a joke... not professional whatsoever. Just people all trying to make cheap money in a cheap way. Interview here and interview literally anywhere else and you'll immediately have your answer.

Pros

The company concept is cutting edge and very useful to clients. The teams in sales and customer service are very talented and unified.

Cons

Pay for new hires Lack of integration for new hires after a short training period Guilt trips for taking earned time off or even for taking lunch/breaks Lack of true manager training/development Lack of staffing in HR to be able to handle all employees' needs and get resolutions Hidden politics The craziest turnover I've ever seen followed up with lack of clear-cut career paths Zero staff development and use of employees' ideas in the workplace. This company is not what you would call "open forum", but rather, a dictatorship Oppressive and extremely high stress work environment, even for sales Workplace bullying via senior management, which is regular practice and common place
