Pros

Pay on time.Nice office.Super LGBTQ+ friendly. Some nice and smart colleagues .

Cons

Revolving door. People usually resign due to heavy toxicity, unbearable micromanagement and cliques forcing them to break under sheer pressure . Other reason is getting bored to support/maintain the monolith with no real career advance. Everybody tries to put the blame to others when things go even slightly wrong . Silos everywhere, fights, zero company culture and mostly cosmetic PeopleOps . Arrogance and even slight bullying from the Seniors to Juniors in some departments.

We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience while working for Optasia. We really wish you would have taken advantage of our open-door policy to all senior management, including the CEO himself, to express your concerns directly as it would have been beneficial to the company and would have resulted in less frustration for you. We wish you the best with your future endeavors.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a constantly growing and dynamically evolving company, which clearly reflects that our vision and path towards the future are on the right track. However, changes do happen, and to make things work, efforts from both the employer and employees at all levels are required. Furthermore, we do have to point out that there are annual performance reviews in place for our employees. We do appreciate any recommendations that help us in our efforts to grow and become better, and we do take pride in both our work and the talented people that join us in shaping the future of Fintech together, whose voices and feedback are always welcomed, which is why we do follow an "open door" C-level policy for everyone.

Pros

- payment always on time - rich & financially stable company - a good choice if you want your daily tasks to be about the same every day and don't want to improve your skills

Cons

- old technology stack & no vision of improvement on tech stack - no personal development because there is lack of time to invest for that since routine tasks take up all your time - no innovation - bad management decisions made, toxic people have high positions - environment could be considered toxic, in some teams more than others
