      Exciting times

      Pros

It's a really fun environment that works hard to make everyone as successful as possible and bring the best out of everyone. Nothing is perfect yet, but lots of focus around D&I and sustainability and you can tell people really care about their jobs and how everyone is doing

      Cons

The pace is fast, but I like that

      Pros

Some of the training is useful

      Cons

A company rotten to the core, I now realise how toxic and stressful it is working there. Ask yourself why are there have been so many recent high profile departures who now run there own very successful small to medium size companies.

      Manchester KPI Army Camp

Dec 23, 2020 - Recruitment Consultant in Manchester, England

      Pros

Working from home. Pay ok salaries in line with market average.

      Cons

The most KPI heavy environment you will probably ever be apart of within recruitment with constant emails going around about how many calls have been done, cv’s to clients to even fake adverts posted. Also updating managers on a day plan 3 times a day which you have to create before you start work and not in work hours. (This is on top of doing a week plan also). Commission structure poor compared to other agencies in the area. Very old technology used including a database that is very complicated and slow to use. Old school recruitment stuck in the past. High churn and do not value any new ideas or opinions (managers are always right).
