More and more people including developers keep resigning, nearly all key individuals have already left. Non negotiable, out of touch directives from new owners in Dubai that show zero concern for local leadership or employees Leadership in South Africa are spineless 'yes men' who are actively resulting in revenue loss through incompetency. Benefits like work from home or hybrid have been removed despite promises in interviews, other benefits in contracts have not been honored, this Company is dishonest. Difficult place to get work done, most seem preoccupied with finding work elsewhere than doing their jobs. This is not a people orientated organization.
