      Someone would be fired each week... 10+ hour days expected, though not explicitly said. Low pay. So evil. Mass lay-offs right before Christmas, etc.

      - Execs are involved in day to day operations and are always available. - Company has good vision for the future. - Company considers everyone's opinion and insight. - Lots of flexibility to get the job done. - Perceived opportunity for personal growth and development. - Awesome workspace: snacks, baked goods, cold breakfast, catered lunch occasionally. - Cutting edge technology developed in house.

      Cons

      - Lack of personal mentorship and training. - Career path within company is sometimes hard to see. - Turnover is high (at least in the time I've been here) - Pay is below market, but opportunities make up for it. Hustle, be diligent, and you will be rewarded.

      Pros

      Payfirma is growing quickly which is nice. The products are probably the best part. Customer support and marketing are good too. People are positive - there is a key employee with amazing experience and is crazy smart. Work with him. He digs into any problem, helps you and makes you think..

      The pay is quite low and there is not much in the way of bonuses

      No integration, no new products, no communication within departments, no courtesy, no class, cultured is forced, people are oblivious to the failure of this company. Do not work here whatever you do. This ship has sunk

      Awesome and passionate co-workers. Good work environment. Up until December culture was high priority company value. Average pay.

      Cons

      Exec level clueless and out of touch with realities of running a tech company in this industry. Poor communication throughout departments.

      Pros

      None... I guess I learned that I will never work for a company like this, ever. So much unpaid overtime.

      Cons

      So many. The staff are evil, and expect each other to work tons of unpaid overtime, even if they are in a super low-level position such as support/billing. I've never worked with a worse bunch. Super low pay.
