Lots of potential for ownership Opportunity to be involved in setting up the company's structure & culture Friendly & humble teams Meaningful mission in a space needing to be disruptive

Rapid changes and potentially unstable work environment Limited focus on deep specialization in one particular domain Poor work-life balance and pay No clear promotion structure Manipulative and misleading leadership Disadvantages for remote workers due to a divide between remote and in-office cultures.

Pros

Paytient offers a product that genuinely helps people. I also get to work with many kind and intelligent people.

Cons

Upper management does not listen to ideas or feedback, and strategies developed at a top level don’t seem to be fully thought through before being employed.

- management doesn’t listen to new ideas - pay is sub par - if you aren’t in the “club” don’t expect to progress in your career - would not recommend
